Liquid nitrogen dispenser AzotInject AI-320-330-45k with a quarter “trunk” of 330 mm is designed to create excess pressure and an inert environment in soft containers during the filling and preparation of “stable” liquids and food products by injecting a dose of liquid nitrogen into each bottle ( container) at speeds up to 60,000 bottles/hour. It is used for any packaging containers on bottling lines for water, oil, non-carbonated drinks, etc. Injection of liquid nitrogen allows you to study “hot filling” without the cost of heat treatment, create an inert environment in the packaging to increase the shelf life of products, create excess pressure and thereby avoid losses due to “non-commodity” type of production.
